1. Blade Jamming/Failure to Cut
- Possible Causes: Blade wear, foreign object obstruction, insufficient air pressure
- Solutions: Replace blade, clean debris, check air circuit
2. Tape Misalignment/Positioning Error
- Possible Causes: Loose guide chute, sensor offset, improper code wheel installation
- Solutions: Tighten guide chute, calibrate sensor, reload material
II. Electrical Failures
1. Machine Fails to Start
- Possible Causes: Power failure, emergency stop triggered, fuse blown
- Solutions: Check power supply, reset emergency stop, replace fuse
2. Character Recognition Failure
- Possible Causes: Lens contamination, light interference, damaged QR code
- Solutions: Clean lens, adjust lighting, replace material
III. System Failures
1. False Alarms
- Possible Causes: Incorrect parameter settings, abnormal sensor sensitivity
- Solutions: Restore factory settings, recalibrate sensor
2. Data Upload Failure
- Possible Causes: Network interruption, MES interface error, IP conflict
- Solutions: Check network cable, restart service, modify IP address

1. Weak Splicing Strength (Easy Breakage)

- Solutions: Adjust tension wheel, replace guide wheel, contact supplier
